Delivery Policy

Delivery Time:

Once the order has been confirmed, the expected delivery time is 4-5 working days.
The order delivery/dispatch may get delayed due to influx of orders during sales and new launches.

Verification:

You will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our courier service for shipment. You are requested to be available at the provided contact number so our team can reach you.

Address Modifications:

Address modifications are not allowed once the order has been placed (including cod and online paid orders).

Due to the regulations of our shipping service providers – We always need your complete address including

Shipping and Customs Duties:

We are charging Rs.400 /- upon placing an order for local shipping within Pakistan.

Maximum amount of COD (cash on delivery) orders:

There are no cash-on-delivery services available for orders exceeding more than Rs.15,000. In this case, please pay via online credit card or bank transfer.

Couriers:

Your order will be delivered by M&P for all the cities of Pakistan.
Payments will be collected from the shipping address for all cash on delivery methods.
You will receive a call from our head office before the confirmed order delivery.
In case if the item(s) on your order are unfit for dispatch due to quality or any other reason, they will not be shipped or will be shipped partially. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason.

Business Days & Holidays:

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding holidays within Pakistan.

Tracking Orders:

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail along with Invoice. The majority of our orders are shipped within 4-6 business days after the order has been placed.

Refunds:

Perfume Baazaar deals in original perfumes imported from UAE. In case, the customer found any issue in bottle packaging, leakage, and tempered during the logistics only then we can return 100% perfume price on the basis of defective. There is no refund applicable on the perfume lasting and fragrance likeness. If there is any issue with the product, please contact us via call, email or our social media pages.
