CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders can be cancelled upon customer’s request any time before they are processed. We follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum number of 2 confirmation calls. If left unattended, your order will be cancelled. Perfume Baazaar may cancel orders for any reasons which may include:
- Out of stock
- Items Pricing or technical issues
- Credit card payment is declined by the using financial institution.
In case of cancellation or required modification of the order, you shall email our customer care department at [email protected] or call us at +92-21-36171000and speak to our customer care representative who shall make the required changes for you.
If your pre-paid order is canceled due to unavailability of the product or any other reason pertaining to Perfume Baazaar, you shall be entitled to a full refund by Perfume Baazaar which shall be processed and executed within 7 to 10 working days.
