If your pre-paid order is canceled due to unavailability of the product or any other reason pertaining to Perfume Baazaar, you shall be entitled to a full refund by Perfume Baazaar which shall be processed and executed within 7 to 10 working days.

In case, the customer found any issue in bottle packaging, leakage, and tempered during the logistics only then we can return 100% perfume price on the basis of defective.
